Public Course Costs

Fee (Australian Dollars):

$1,150+GST = $1,265 (GST inclusive) which includes a Consulting Skills Course Manual, a light sandwich lunch and refreshments, a set of business-card size palm cards to remind you of important consulting techniques, computer-analysed Personal Consulting Style assessment with your (confidential) personal profile and accompanying Personal Development Workbook (incorporated in the course manual) and free internet access to checklists for each part of the consulting process to help you apply consulting techniques immediately after the course. A tax invoice will be issued and fees are payable in advance.

$165 Group Discount:

When 2 or more people from your organisation register and pay at the same time, the fees are $1,265 (GST inclusive) for the first person and $1,000+GST= $1,100 (GST inclusive) for the second and each additional person.

$220 to $275 Government Discount:

For course participants from not-for-profit and non-fee-for-service public sector organisations (such as government departments and agencies) and charities which do not charge a fee-for-service, the fees are:
  • $950+GST= $1,045 (GST inclusive) for the first person
  • $900+GST= $990 (GST inclusive) for the second and each additional person
Conditions for Cancellations or Postponements: If you are unable to attend, a substitute person is very welcome at any time. We will make a full refund (less $99 administration fee per person) for cancellations received in writing (email or fax) at least 15 days prior to the course start date. Alternatively you may make ONE postponement (at least 15 days prior to the course) to a future course and receive a 100% credit for the full value of the paid registration fee. Further postponements (at least 15 days prior to the course) attract a $99 transfer fee per person. For cancellations or postponements received in writing at least 7 days prior to the course we will give you a 50% refund or 50% credit note for a future course. Unfortunately, no refund or credit can be made for cancellations or postponements received less than 7 days prior to the program start date or for people who fail to attend the course. Fees unpaid by the due date may result in the loss of your course place and may be deemed a de facto cancellation. Performance Dynamics reserves the right to change the program, venue and tutors without notice. In the event of a cancellation of a course, Performance Dynamics’ liability is limited to the return of the course fees only. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
