Get a quote to run this course for your team

We would be pleased to run this course for your team at your location using your training facilities anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, USA or South America. For groups of up to 16 people we usually run the course over 2 days (and for groups of up to 24 people we run the course over 3 days). You just need to provide the usual training rooms and equipment.

Although we would be pleased to run our full 3-day public course program (see our public course timetable) in our experience many organisations find it difficult to release an entire team for 3 full days, so the 2-day in-house course is designed to be quicker, cheaper and more practical.

What's the difference between the 3-day public and 2-day in-house course?

The 2-day in-house course covers all the practical skills development and simulation activities from the public course and is essentially Days 2 and 3 of the 3-day public course timetable.

Day 1 of the 3-day public course is (on purpose) a more gradual introduction to consultancy. As we have a large number of participants from a diverse range of industries on public courses we do more introductory activities on Day 1 of the public course. For in-house courses we skip the introductory video and case study (session 2, "Consultancy in Action"), we issue more preparatory pre-course work and are therefore able to begin work more quickly on the "Consulting Simulation - Initial Meetings".

The timing on in-house courses is also a little different (for example the lunch break is a bit shorter in-house) the courses are smaller groups (8 to 16 people versus 21 people on public courses) and people tend to know each other, share a similar work environment and face similar challenges, so in-house courses tend to move more quickly.

During the 2-day in-house course there will also be extra discussion and activities on the challenges the team faces in your organisation and how best to take action as a team to re-position yourselves as value-adding business partners.
