PERFORMANCE Dynamics® We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.
What information are we collecting and how are we collecting it?
Every computer connected to the internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" (IP) address. When you request a page from our web site, our web servers automatically record your domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine the flow of traffic to our web site, but we do not collect and evaluate this information to tell us about you as an individual. Your IP address is only stored in situations where you have asked us to contact you to provide a service (as described in the next paragraph). We do not use cookies.
Bookings, Mailing List and Quotes
If you join our mailing list, book on a course or ask us for a quotation for an in-house course we store your contact details to enable us to contact you by your preferred means of communication (email or post). In these cases where you are asking us to provide you with a service we do indeed need to identify you and we do store your IP address with your other contact details in order to help us identify you. You can remove your name from our mailing list at any time by sending us an email and requesting that your details be removed from our mailing list (please tell us whether you currently receive our course details by email or by post). We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy which means we do not sell, rent, or give your e-mail address to any third-party without your consent. We do not share your personal data with other parties.
Pre-course questionnaires
If you complete a pre-course questionnaire for one of our training courses you might be asked for your e-mail address. This is used to contact you if there are any problems with the recorded questionnaire (for example, unanswered questions) which might otherwise prevent us from analysing and profiling your questionnaire. We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy which means we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to any third-party without your consent. We do not share your personal data with other parties. The pre-course questionnaire will also ask you for personal contact details such as your postal address and telephone number. These will also be used to contact you if necessary before the course and to help us identify which organisation you are with and which course you will be attending. Pre-course questionnaires will also ask for information on your job function, industry and the number of people reporting to you. This helps us collect statistics on the characteristics of aggregate groups within the world of work - we do not analyse this information to tell us specifically about you as an individual. Finally, you will be asked for your age, gender and nationality - this information is not manditory (you may choose not to tell us, and that is your right and privilege) - if you give us this information it is only used for statistical purposes to ensure that the questionnaires we use continue to be reliable for groups of different age, gender and background.
